FAAB is much better than traditional waivers, especially for football IMO. It adds a much more fair & fun way of managing FA, yet is still highly strategic.

However I'm sure there will always be people that like the first come, first serve rules.

I can get on board with that. It makes much more sense do use that in a football league than any other

While on the subject of change, any thought to bumping second place to around $750. It's currently less than 25% of the pot. Kind of shitty for beating out 11 others in your division

I would not worry about it. You will not get second place again.

ETA: See ya waivers. 10-0 FAAB.

Nobody should be playing for second. 5x your entry fee is a good enough reward for winning your conference.

Just thought I'd mention it. I could easily see 2 evenly matched teams saying frick the super bowl and splitting the pot with that sort of disparity

Yeah if i win the league i want to bring home as much of the pot as i can. 500.00 seems like a nice consolation prize.

I would hope this league is better than that.

If they do that, who cares. But i dont know if i could pass on the chance of cashing in big, especially if i am guaranteed 500.00 anyway.
